Kristina Birk is an award-winning communication coach, actor, and voice expert who has helped over 2,000 people around the world transform their speech, boost their confidence, and sound like authentic American speakers.

Born in Eastern Europe and now based in Los Angeles, Kristina built her career at the intersection of film, acting, and voice training. With a background in film production, voice acting, and performance, she knows firsthand how voice and pronunciation shape perception — both on screen and in life.

As the founder of Bezaccenta, Kristina has spent over seven years teaching across Europe, Asia, Middle East, Russia, South America and the U.S., working with professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives to help them unlock their natural American sound. Her expertise extends to corporate language training with companies such as Apple, Meta, British American Tobacco, Diageo, Motorola, Cambridge CELTA, Vice, Devoted Studios, Geometria, MightyCall, as well as one-on-one coaching for hundreds of private clients and actors.

She has acted in and produced more than 50 stage and film projects, including music videos, TV shows, and international commercials, earning five international awards for her work.
